  • Custom Legal Work: Refunds for custom or ongoing legal services will be considered only if no substantive work has been performed. Any administrative or consultation fees already incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Pro Bono and Promotional Offers: Services provided at no charge are not eligible for refunds.

  • To request a refund, please contact us at support@seniorshieldleg.com with your full name, date of service, and reason for the refund request. All refund decisions will be communicated within 7 business days.
